摘　　要：概述了滨海石化厂采用钛冷却器的合理性与必要性 ;既能节约淡水、减少水处理费用 ,又能防止加工进口高含硫原油带来的严重腐蚀问题。着重讨论了钛制海水冷却器选用时应当考虑的技术性与经济性问题。同时对上海石化实际应用已近 2 0年的钛制海水冷却器的经济效益作了分析。The titanium sea water coolers offer the advantages of saved fresh water, minimized waste water treatment costs and reduced corrosion in processing high-sulfur imported crude oils. The justfiability and necessity of applying the titanium water coolers in the petrochemical plants in the coastal area are described and technology and economics to be considered in the selection of titanium sea water coolers are discussed. The economic benefits from 20 years' application of titanium sea water coolers in Shanghai Petrochemical Complex are analyzed.
