摘 要:为研究高速运营条件下钢轨性能指标与使用状况之间的关系,对进口及国产钢轨的几何尺寸偏差、平直度及表面质量进行对比研究,结果表明:与进口钢轨相比,几何尺寸存在的差距主要表现在轨冠饱满度差、轨底不平度超限、尺寸波动大等;平直度方面的差距主要表现在轨端差;表面质量存在的差距更为明显。建议国内钢厂在采用万能轧机轧制,长定尺(50m~100m)生产以及在线平直度检测和在线涡流探伤技术等方面加快技术改造的步伐,以满足我国高速铁路建设的需要。In order to study the relation between the technical performance criteria and the application conditions under high-speed operation, study is carried out on the profile tolerance, straightness and level, and surface quality of the imported and domestic rails. Study results reveal that as compared to imported rails, the domestic rails are insufficient in rail head size, overlimit in rail bottom flatness and fluctuant in size. The especially poor flatness is found at the rail end. The surface quality is obviously worse than the imported ones. It is suggested that the steel mill use universal rolling machine to produce fixed length of rails of 50 m—100 m and accelerate its technical upgrading in the on-line flatness inspection and on-line eddy-current detection technology so as to meet the needs of the high speed railway construction in China.
