霍兰德职业兴趣问卷修订版的实证效度研究

摘　　要：目的　验证霍兰德职业兴趣问卷修订版在军事职业中应用的实证效度 ,了解我军官兵职业兴趣类型的分布情况。方法　应用霍兰德职业兴趣问卷修订版和卡特尔 16种个性因素测验 ( 16PF)同时对陆海空军 63 9名现役官兵进行测量。结果　军人职业兴趣类型的分布依次为 :实际型 (R)、社会型 (S)、研究型 (I)、经营型 (E)、艺术型 (A)和事务型 (C)。 6种不同职业兴趣类型军人的个性特点在乐群性 (A)、敏锐性 (B)、稳定性 (C)、活泼性 (F)、交际性 (H)、情感性 (I)、想象性 (M )、独立性 (Q2 )、自律性 (Q3 )以及内向外向、感情用事与安详机警、怯懦与果断、专业成就、发明创造能力、成长能力上存在显著差异。官兵的个性特点与其职业兴趣类型有较高的一致性。结论　霍兰德职业兴趣问卷修订版有较好的实证效度 。Objective To examine the demonstrative validity of Holland's Vocational Interest Test (HLD) applied in the military and to study the distribution of soldiers' vocational interest types. Methods 639 soldiers were assessed with HLD (the developed edition) and Cattell the Sixteen Personality Factor Test (16PF). Results Soldiers' vocational interest types are respectively realistic, social, investigative, enterprising, artistic and conventional. All kinds of soldiers are significantly different in ardor, sensitivity, mood stability, vividness, social intercourse, emotion, imagination, independence, self discipline, introversion and extroversion, excitability, composure and alteration, timid and resolute, professional achievement, creativity and growing ability. There is a high consistency between soldiers'characters and their vocational interest types.Conclusion The demonstrative validity of HLD(the developed edition) is perfect satisfied. It is a valid tool to test soldiers' vocational interest.
