摘　　要：目的　探讨慢性阻塞性肺病 (COPD)与胶原蛋白 前提、胶原蛋白 前提关系。方法　用γ-计数器放免法测定胶原蛋白 前提 ,胶原蛋白 前提。结果　 COPD中胶原蛋白 前提较正常人群为高 ,说明 COPD中 ,不仅存在肺实质变化 。Objective To study the relationship between chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and Procollagen Ⅰ Peptidase (PIP) , Procollagen Ⅲ Peptidase.Methods Radioimmunosassay (RIA) of PIP and of PⅢP. as measured by γ-counter were collected and observed. Results PIP was higher in COPD patients than in normal people.Conclusion In COPD patients, there are changes not only in lung parenchyma but also in interstitial.
