摘 要:重复评价了48份普通野生稻对3个白叶枯病菌系P_1、HB84-17和T_1的抗性。6份材料抗所有3个菌系。其中1个材料RBB16的抗性是相对稳定和纯合的。遗传研究表明RBB16对菌系P_1、HB84-17和T_1的全生育期抗性分别受制于2和3对显性基因。它们与显性基因Xa-4非等位,是否为新基因尚待进一步测定。抗性转育表明RBB16的抗性遗传效应较强。Forty eight materials of Oryza rufipogon revaluated for resistance to three strains, P_1, HB84-17 and T_1 of bacterial blight, Xanthomonas campestris pv. oryzae. Six ones were resistant to all three strains. One of the six materials, RBB16, was stable and homogeneous relatively in resistance. In- heritance for resistance to the three strains of bacterial blight was studied in RBB16. The resistance to strains P_1, HB84-17 and T_1 in RBB16 was controlled by two to three dominant genes at the all growth stages respectively. Allelic tests showed that they were nonallelic to gene Xa-4. A further test for con- firming whether RBB16 has new gene(s) for resistance to bacterial blight will be made. Breeding studies showed that the resistance of RBB 16 was effective.
