摘  要:目的 :探讨康复教育对糖尿病患者疗效的影响。方法 :15 0例糖尿病患者运用康复教育程序确定个体化的教育目标 ,因人辨证施教。在患者出院后随访 2 4个月 ,并根据患者反馈的信息进行效果评价。结果 :康复教育在保持血糖正常水平 ,预防或减少糖尿病的复发、急性及慢性并发症具有明显效果。结论 :康复教育可提高糖尿病患者的生活质量 ,缩短住院时间 ,提高病床周转率 ,减轻患者经济负担 ;密切护患关系 ,提高护士素质。Objective: To investigate the effects of home recovering guidance on the curative effectiveness in the patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: The data from 150 cases of diabetes patients randomly selected were. The recovering guidance application (RGA) was used to determine the individualized instruction target. During a follow-up of 2 years, the effectiveness was evaluated in terms of the feedback information. Results: Home RGA was effective on keeping the normal blood glucose level, preventing and reducing the disease relapse and the acute and chronic complications. Conclusion: Home RGA can improve the quality of life of the patients with diabetes mellitus, shorten the hospital stay, speed up the ward circulation, relieve the distress and treatment cost of the patients and strengthen the communication between the patients and nurses.
