锰对小鼠淋巴细胞DNA损伤的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究不同剂量染锰小鼠淋巴细胞 DNA损伤的情况。 方法:随机分为正常对照组和 3个剂量组(低、中、高剂量组 ) ,给小鼠腹腔注射氯化锰 ,6周后采用单细胞凝胶电泳实验检测染锰小鼠外周血淋巴细胞 DNA链断裂情况 ,并进行对比分析。 结果:低、中、高剂量组小鼠淋巴细胞 DNA损伤率明显高于正常对照组 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论:氯化锰可引起小鼠淋巴细胞Objective: To study the effects of manganese chloride on lymphocytes DNA damage in mice. Method: The DNA breaks in peripheral blood lymphocytes from mice which have ip the manganese chloride (MnCl\-2) for six weeks were analyzed with single cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE). Result: The rate of DNA migration of cell increased remarkably at low、 medium、 high dose group and there were significant difference between low、 medium、 high group and control group. Conclusion: MnCl\-2 can affect the DNA damage in mice.
