摘　　要：　根据调度专网承载信息的特点及网络安全的需要,提出了电力调度数据网络的技术体制和网络结构。湖北省调主站与厂站监控系统和装置之间的通信可采用基于64kb/s数字通道的点对点通信方式,与地调之间的通信可采用IP体制,与电厂之间的通信也可采用IP体制。According to the features of bearing information for dispatching special network and its security requirement, a technology system and network architecture for power dispatching data network were presented.The communication based on 64 kb/s digital channels in point to point mode between Hubei dispatching system and the monitoring systems of thermal power plant and substation,and the IP communication system between Hubei dispatching system and regional diapatching system the IP communication system between Hubei dispatching system and thermal power plant were suggested.
