摘  要:目的 :观察黄芩苷对IL - 1β诱导的牙龈成纤维细胞 (humangingivalfibrobl -asts ,HGF)和牙周膜细胞 (peri odontalligamentcells ,PDLcells)上细胞间粘附分子 - 1表达的影响。方法 :应用体外细胞培养和细胞免疫组化及图像分析方法。结果 :正常牙龈成纤维细胞和牙周膜细胞上细胞间粘附分子 - 1表达阴性或弱阳性 ;1μg/mLIL - 1β能诱导细胞间粘附分子 - 1在牙龈成纤维细胞和牙周膜细胞上强阳性表达 ;0 .1μg/mL黄芩苷对IL - 1β诱导的牙龈成纤维细胞和牙周膜细胞上细胞间粘附分子 - 1的表达有显著抑制作用 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :黄芩苷可抑制IL -1β诱导的细胞间粘附分子 - 1在牙龈成纤维细胞和牙周膜细胞上表达 。Objective: To investigate the influence of baicalin on the IL-1βinduced intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) expression in HGF and PDL cells. Methods: The expression of ICAM-1 expression was detected by cell immunochemistry. Results:1)The levels of ICAM-1 expression in IL-1β (1ng/ml) induced HGF and PDL cells were statistically significant compared to normal untreated controls; 2)The levels of ICAM-1 expression in Baicalin (0.1ug/ml) induced HGF and PDL cells were not statistically different from controls;3) When the cells were treated with Baicalin and IL-1β, the levels of ICAM-1 decreased significantly. Conclusions: This study demonstrated that IL-1β unregulated ICAM-1 expression in both HGF and PDL cells; Baicalin can suppress IL-1β induced ICAM-1 expression in HGF and PDL cells. These results also suggested that Baicalin might be inhibit the adhesion in inflammatory reactions.
