摘　　要：在透彻剖析美国原Measurex公司定量水分传感器变送算法的基础上,保留了其质量控制系统(QCS)的在线检测装置,采用以SiemensS7 300PLC为核心的检测控制系统取代原控制柜组成了新的QCS,并在山东太阳纸业有限公司一下属分公司的三叠长网板纸机上投入运行,结果表明该质量控制系统稳定可靠,经济效益明显。Based on the profound researches on the transmitting algorithms of paper basis weight and moisture sensor made by Measurex Corporation, a novel quality control system (QCS) is designed by keeping the on-line measurement equipments of the original QCS in use and substituting the new detection and control system made of Siemens S7-300 PLC for the original control cabinet. The new QCS has been in operation on a three-layered fourdrinier paper-board machine in a sub-company of Sun Paper Co.Ltd, Shandong, and a good economic profit is produced.
