摘 要:介绍了ABS/PBT合金在国内外的发展状况用其应用。对ABS/PBT合金及其增容、增韧体系的研究进行了综述,指出用PBT去改性不同牌号的ABS,在不加相容剂的情况下,也能得到较好性能的ABS/PBT合金,但其合金性能受加工条件的影响较大。用相容剂对ABS/PBT合金增容后,能显著提高其性能,且合金体体系相分散好,形态结构稳定。加入弹性体对ABS/PBT合金体系增韧,弹性体与相容剂协同增韧,在一定程度上克服了增韧对材料拉伸强度等性能造成的损失,起到了优化材料性能的目的。The advanced of ABS/PBT alloy and its application at home and abroad was introduced.The paper reviewed the study of ABS/PBT alloy and its computerization and toughened,respectively.It was pointed out that when PBT was used to modify different trademark ABS,ABS/PBT alloy with good property was obtained without the addition of computerizes,However,the property of the alloy was affected by the processing conditions greatly.If the complizer was used to computerize the ABS/PBT alloy,the property of the alloy was upgraded,the phases of the alloy disperse bettered and morphological structure was stable.The study of the toughening of ABS/PBT alloy by elastomer was made,The result shows the toughening of ABS/PBT alloy was better and that the reduction of tensile strength of the blend caused by toughening agent could be minimized while optimizing the properties of the properties of the alloy optimum
