摘　　要：随着城市噪声污染的不断加剧,人们对它的认识日益加深,探讨了建筑外环境噪声控制的一般原则,并提出了改善建筑外环境的措施和建议。With the increasing noise pollution in the cities,people have been aware of its existence more and more.This paper is intended to discuss general rules of noise control outside buildings,and some measures and suggestions on improving the surrouding around the buildings are proposed as well.
