摘　　要：目的?总结更昔洛韦治疗儿童病毒性脑炎的疗效。方法: 例病毒性脑炎患儿随机分成治疗组 26 例和对照组 24 例,治疗组 50给予更昔洛韦治疗,对照组给予利巴韦林治疗,对两组疗效进行回顾性分析。结果:治疗组有效率 92.3% ,对照组 70.8% ,治疗组优于对照组( P < 0.01)。结论:更昔洛韦治疗儿童病毒性脑炎安全有效。Objective: To evaluate the effect of ganciclovir in injection on children with viral encephalitis. Methods: 50 cases with viral encephalitis were randomly divided into two groups with 26 cases treated with ganciclovir as treatment group and 24 cases treated with ribavirin as control group. Results: The treatment group efficacy rate was 92.3% and control group was 70.8% and there was a significant difference between them (P < 0.01). Conclusion: The efficacy and safety of ganciclovir in treating viral encephalitis in children was reliable.
