摘　　要：通过引入改性单体和优化工艺条件 ,制得初级粒子粒径小且分子量分布均匀的改性聚四氟乙烯分散树脂乳液。由此制得的浓缩液乳化剂含量低 ,外观透明 ,稳定性优良 ,用于金属表面涂覆 ,涂层亮度接近进口同类产品 ;制得的树脂细粉可进行连续推压、连续烧结加工 ,其制品的透明度明显好于进口的同类产品。This text introduces leading the modified monomer to polytetrafluoroethylene dispersing resin and optimum process conditions to make the modified polytetrafluoroethylene dispersing resin which has a small particle size and even distribution of molecular weight . The concentrated liquid of make from it contains low emulsifying agent, the external appearance is transparent and the stability is good . Using for coat metal surfaces, the coating brightness were near to the same kind product of import.Prepared thin powder of the resin can be proceeded continuous molding and sintering processing. The clarity of product is obvious good to the same kind product of import.
