摘　　要：目的 :研究整体护理对促进人工髋关节置换术患者康复的作用。方法 :对 186例人工全髋关节置换术患者实施术前、术后的整体护理 ,通过防褥疮、防感染及饮食护理等手段 ,以促进患者肢体功能早日恢复。结果 :通过整体护理 ,术后 2周拆线 ,患者可下地锻炼行走 ,无褥疮、假体脱位等并发症出现。结论 :系统的整体护理能够帮助该类患者早日康复 ,减少术后并发症的出现 ,明显提高患者的生活质量。Objective To study the healing of patients recovering from hip replacement through the promotion of the holistic nursing care.Method In our study,nurse cared for 186 cases recovering from hip replacement before and after the operation.Through diet nursing and the prevention of infections and bedsores,we can promote to recover the functions of patients' limbs early.Results Through the postoperative holistic nursing care the patients were removed stitches after two weeks and they can leave bed to practise walking without the complication of bedsores and prosthesis luxation.Conclusion The systemic holistic nursing care can help the patients recover early,and reduce the appearance of the postoperative complication,and improve the patient' life qualities obviously.
