摘　　要：本文从大交通、大通道的观点出发,论述了当代交通建设中的一条重要国际经验,即发展高速铁路,建立以铁路为骨干的新型运输大通道模式,并且结合我国国情和路情,论证了随着改革开放跨入新阶段,社会主义市场经济的发展,浦东的开发,沪杭宁、京津两大沿海城市群的崛起,人们生活节奏的进一步加快,以及铁路建设环境的改善,加快京沪高速铁路建设的紧迫性和可行性。With a view of grand communication and grand corridor,the author draws upon a significant piece of international experience in the building of modern transportation,namely,to develop high-speed railway and build up a new mode of grand transport corridor with railroad as the backbone.He further explains and proves the urgency and feasibility of speeding up the construction of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway in consideration of the current situation in China,such as new levels of reform and opening to the outside world,the development of socialist mar- ket economy,development of Pudong area,the rising of the two coastal metropolitan groups Huhangning (Shanghai,Hangzhou and Nanjing)and Jingjin (Belling and Tianjin),the accelerated pace of peo- ple's life and the improvement of construction envi- ronment for railways.
