摘　　要：目的　探讨钻孔血肿清除术治疗硬膜外血肿的有效性及治疗原则。方法　回顾性分析 4 1例硬膜外血肿经钻孔血肿清除术治疗的临床资料。结果　 4 1例病例症状均消失、痊愈出院 ,35例血肿大部分清除 ,5例血肿部分清除 ,1例血肿复发 ,无 1例血肿增大及术后病情加重。结论　钻孔血肿清除术治疗硬膜外血肿 ,是一种简单、快捷、有效、损伤小的手术方法。但需选择合适的病例、手术时机 ,细致的手术操作较为重要 。Objective To discuss the effective and treatment principle of epidural hematoma with drills removing operation. Methods The clinical data of 41 cases epidural hematoma patient treated with drill were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients healed and discharged hospital with disappeared symptom. 35 cases were performed with hematoma removing, 5 cases were performed with partial hematoma removing and relapse in 1 case. Conclusion The drill removing hematoma might be a simple, easy and effective with less injury method to treat epidural hematoma. But selection of case, opportunity and maneuver could affect the effect.
