摘　　要：针对军队干部交流分配常常采用定性方法的现状,结合每年都要交流大量干部的实际情况,在可行、合理交流的基础上,综合利用Delphi法、系统分解与协调法建立了干部交流分配模型,从而实现了干部在各种类别之间的交流,为军队干部的交流分配提供了定量依据.Qualitative method is almost the primary way to finish post-exchange and distribution of military officers at present. According to the fact that a large number of military officers are exchanged and distributed every year, Delphi method is applied to quantify the index and system decomposition and harmonization method is applied to simplify the system based on feasible and reasonable exchange. Thus, a quantified model of post-exchange and distribution of military officers is put forward. The actual post-exchange and distribution among all kinds of military officers are realized. Result of the model may become the foundation of the practice and offer some guidance and references for improving overall diathesis of military officers.
