摘　　要：SDH应用到城域网和接入网后,出现了接口带宽不够灵活、资源利用率低等问题,基于虚级联的SDH链路容量调整机制LCAS可以很好地解决这些问题。文中首先介绍了虚级联及其优点,然后介绍了的LCAS协议的内容,重点讨论LCAS增加、减少通道容量的实现过程。最后,对LCAS的兼容性也做了简要说明。After the application of SDH in MAN and AN, there emerge such problems that traditional SDH system can not provide flexible bandwidth interface and the network resource is not efficiently used. Link capacity adjustment scheme based on virtual concatenation can solve these problems. First, virtual concatenation and its advantages are introduced. Then the LCAS protocol is analyzed, and the scheme of adding and decreasing capacity of tunnel is discussed in detail. Finally the compatibility of LCAS is explained simply in this paper.
