摘　　要：目的 :提高对孤立性蝶窦炎性病变症状、体征的认识和首诊准确率 ,探讨其诊疗措施。方法 :分析14例孤立性蝶窦炎性疾病的临床表现及鼻内窥镜治疗的优势。结果 :全部病例术后临床症状逐步消失 ,头痛在抽除填塞物后缓解 ,3～ 2 2d逐步消失 ,平均 9.37d ;伴随症状术后很快消失 ;窦口宽畅 ,引流良好 ;随访半年无 1例复发。结论 :CT和MRI是孤立性蝶窦病变的最佳诊断手段 ;经鼻窦内窥镜手术具有径路安全 ,视野清楚 ,痛苦小 ,疗效肯定 ,术后不易复发等优点。Objective:To detail the symptoms and signs of patients with isolated sphenoid sinus inflammatory disease and enhance the initial diagnostic accuracy, and to explore the diaganosis and therapic measure.Method: 14 patients with isolated sphenoid sinus inflammatory disease were reviewed ,and the clinical behavior and the endoscopic surgery advantage were summarized. Result: The symptoms of all patients disappeared gradually after surgery, the headache remitted after taken out nasal packing, and died away within 3～22 days(mean 9.37 days).The concomitant symptoms disappeared soon. The sinus stoma got free drainage. There was no recrudesce after half a year′s follow-up.Conclusion: CT and MRI are the best ways in diagnosis of isolated sphenoiditis. Treatment with endoscopic sinus surgery is a safe and valuable method for isolated sphenoid sinus inflammatory disease.
