摘　　要：目的 :评价外鼻恶性肿瘤切除后 ,用鼻唇沟岛状皮瓣修复重建外鼻缺损的临床效果。方法 :随访近10年诊治的 30例外鼻恶性肿瘤患者 ,记录其手术方法和疗效。结果 :30例外鼻恶性肿瘤切除缺损修复后患者鼻外形满意 ,无并发症 ,成功率 10 0 %。结论 :鼻唇沟岛状皮瓣修复重建外鼻缺损 ,操作简便 ,方法合理 ,成功率高。Objective:To explore the effect of island flap of nasolabial groove in reconstruction the defect of external nose.Method:The operative method and result of 30 patients with nose malignant tumor were analyzed.Result:All patients got satisied contouring without complications.Conclusion:The operation deserve clinical expansion because of the simple and reasonable method, and high successful rate.
