摘　　要：科技作为可持续发展的一种支撑能力,是实现可持续发展的一种必要条件,在可持续发展能力建设中具有不可替代的作用。本文对我国林业科技创新能力进行系统评价;在对我国及林业科技体制改革回顾和总结的基础上,根据世界科技发展规律,着重阐述了我国林业科技创新组织体系的发展状况及发展趋势;根据林业科技创新特点,作者提出建立政府主导型和市场引导型相结合的林业科技创新体制,并提出林业科技创新体系建设的政策建议。Science and technology is supportive force to sustainable development and the basic condition in bringing about sustainable development. The thesis systematically evaluates the innovative capability of Chinese forestry S & T. On the basis of reviewing and summarizing the reform of the forestry S & T system, according to the development principles of world S & T, it analyzes the development status and trend of the innovation organization system of Chinese forestry S & T. According to the features of innovation organization system, the authors build innovation organization system that is the combination of government administrative as main part and the market as supplementary part and suggest creating new policy for system construction of forestry S & T.
