摘　　要：在实施西部大开发战略的过程中,应大力推进西部开放,发展以轻工产品为主的国际贸易。目前西部轻工业发展面临的最大困难就是资金短缺和资本形成困难,本文对西部地区轻工业的资本供求现状与形成渠道进行了分析,并探讨了将轻工业作为主导产业发展对资本的需求,最后在目前国内的制度环境下研究解决西部轻工业融资问题的指导思想和现实途径。Opening up of west region and development of international trade in light industrial products should be boosted vigorously while carrying out the strategy of Grand Exploitation of West Region. The hardest issues facing by the development of light industry in west region are insufficient investment and difficulty in financing formation. This paper analyzed the current situation of investment supply and demand as well as formation channels for light industry in that area. This paper also discussed the financing demands for developing light industry as leading industry. Finally, it proposed directive thoughts and fulfilling methods in west region light industry financing under the current national mechanism and environment.
