摘  要:从河水、鱼塘底泥等样品中分离到28株紫色非硫光合细菌,分别对其进行鉴定和生理特性研究.结果表明,28株分离菌均属于红假单胞菌属,其中18株为沼泽红假单胞菌(Rps.palustris)、9株为胶质红假单胞菌(Rps.gelatinosa),1株为球形红假单胞菌(Rps.sphaeroides).通过对不同分离株的碳源利用能力、培养条件、脱氢酶活性以及去除养殖水体NH+2-N和COD能力的比较,结果显示不同菌株的生4-N、NO-理功能存在较大差异,大多数菌株体现了降解NO-4-N和COD的特征.在分离菌株中,2-N能力高于NH+H1、H10、F4和PSB-3最适生长pH6.5-8.5,温度30℃,净化水质能力较强;其中PSB-3与实验室已有的选育种—荚膜红假单胞菌(Rps.capsulata)PSB-2相似,能耐3%-5%盐浓度,淡水海水养殖均可适用.Twenty-eight strains of purple nonsulfer photosynthetic bacteria were isolated from river water and fish-pond mud, their characteristics were studied. The experimental results showed that eighteen of these strains were identified as Rps.palustris, nine strains were Rps.gelatinosa, and one strain was Rps.sphaeroides. There are many differences among the experimental strains in utilization abilities of different carbon sources, culture conditions, dehydrogenase activity and abilities of removing NH^+_4-N, NO^-_2-N and COD. And most of strains are better at reducing NO^-_2-N than NH^+_4-N and COD. Optimum pH and temperature of H_1, H_(10), F_4, and PSB-3 from 28 strains are 6.5-8.5 and 30℃ respectively. They all adapt to environment well and have excellent purification effect on water quality for aquiculture. Halotolerated ability of PSB-3 is 3-5%, similar to the Rps.capsulata (PSB-2) which was collected in the lab. PSB-3 and PSB-2 both adapt to the seawater and freshwater aquiculture.
