口饲碱式硫酸铁溶液对小鼠上消化道粘膜影响的实验观察

摘　　要：本实验采用经小鼠口腔灌注不同浓度(5%、10%、20%)碱式硫酸铁溶液及生理盐水,观察给药后0.5、1、6、24h,甚至一周小鼠口腔、食管、胃及十二指肠粘膜的肉眼大体及病理组织学变化,结果表明各种浓度药物对小鼠口腔,食管粘膜无明显损伤。52 mice were orally fed.with basic ferric sulfate so-lution of different concentrations(5%,10%,20%)and10 with normal saline as control.After 1/2,6,24 hoursand a week after administration of BFSS and normalsaline gross and pathohistological changes of the mucosaof the oral cavity,esophagus,stomach and duodenum ofthe mice were observed.The result showed that BFSS ofdifferent concentrations caused no obvious damage to themucosa of the oral cavity and esophagus.
