火电厂运行指标实时考核系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：运行水平对电厂经济性有很大影响,运行指标考核系统实时分析指标偏离目标值的大小及分布情况,该系统能指导运行人员实时调整运行参数,提高操作水平。改进指标目标值在线计算方法,并将考核结果直接兑现为奖金,有效地增强了运行人员的积极性和责任感。该考核系统软件经试运行结果表明,能充分挖掘电厂内部潜力,提高电厂机组的运行经济性。The performance evaluation system can on-line analyze the operation deviation from its target value, so it can guide operators to adjust parameters. The system improves the arithmetic of index target value and links the evaluation results with operator bonus directly. The software is designed and developed. The operation results have shown that the system can improve the operation economy of units.
