摘　　要：在国内外城市旅游研究的已有基础上 ,评述两个基本问题。从城市地域对城市旅游的限定上来理解城市旅游的涵义 ;从产业—城市理论、城市基本 非基本经济活动理论来理解城市旅游与城市的关系 ;This paper discusses two basic issues based on the study from overseas and domestic urban tourism research.It tries to understand the connotation of urban tourism from the definition of an urban area to urban tourism;to understand the relationship between urban tourism and a city from the industry\|city theory and the theory of basic\|non\|basic economic activities.At last remarks on the methodology of urban tourism research are presented.
