摘　　要：针对球磨机配套的旧型号励磁柜存在的性能不稳定、多次出故障造成跳闸的问题,采用新技术新材料对其进行技术改造,取得了很好的经济效益。We successfully innovates the exciting cubicles for ball mill with new technique and material to solve the problem of the unstable performance and frequent trip of the old cubicles and get a good economical result. The paper describes the new technique and material used in the example. The experience is significant to the innovation of old exciting cubicles widely used in china.
