摘　　要：与发达国家和地区的航空运输管理模式相比,我国航空公司的运行管理水平普遍较低,已不能适应机队更新、航线延伸、市场拓展等方面的快速发展需要。因此,各航空公司有必要建立一套自己的飞行运行控制系统(FlightOperationsControl简称FOC)。介绍了飞行运行控制系统的概念、系统结构以及各模块的功能,最后给出飞行运行控制系统的应用方案,为提高我国飞行运行管理水平提供参考。Compared with the level of flight operations control in advanced countries and districts, ours is too lower to meet fast development in planes renewing, route extending and market expanding etc. So it's needed to build the Flight Operations Control (FOC) for every airline. This paper mainly introduces the concept, system architecture and the functions of flight operations control, and finally the implementation of FOC is given, this proposal helps to improve the level of management in our country.
