摘　　要：分析了盐水预热器腐蚀的原因,包括盐水腐蚀、应力腐蚀、杂散电流腐蚀和温差电池腐蚀。提出通过保证工艺、结构的合理性,严格控制盐水的 pH 值和温度及控制杂散电流腐蚀等措施可使盐水预热器的运行状态得到改善。Some reasons on brine preheater corrosion was analyzed, which include brine corrosion, stress corrosion, distributing current corrosion and thermocell corrosion, et al. It was pointed that the behavior of brine preheater could be improved by taking some measures, such as selecting rational process and construction, strictly controlling the pH value and temperature of brine, controlling the corrosion of distributing current, and etc.
