摘　　要：结合红外热成像系统调制传递函数参数测试系统的研制,分析了斜缝法调制传递函数参数测试的理论,给出了其测量步骤和方法,以及相应的测试结果和分析对比数据。指出采取基于斜缝匹配的测量方法可以对探测器和光学系统分辨率等技术指标的要求适当降低。最后对影响测量结果的主要因素进行了分析。This paper is based on the construction of the infrared static parameter test systems,which is designed to test modulation transfer function (MTF) of IR imaging systems. The fundamental theories of the canted slit-method to the measurements of MTF are analyzed. The testing method and steps are also given.After analyzing the method of data processing, the testing results and compared data corresponding to this method are provided. At last, the factors that influence accuracy and characters of the test system are also discussed.
