摘  要:以端羟基聚丁二烯 (HTPB) ,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯 (IPDI)为主要原材料合成了预聚体 ,采用 3,5 二甲硫基甲苯二胺 (DMTDA)作为交联剂 ,制备了聚氨酯弹性体材料。研究了聚氨酯预聚体中NCO含量和交联剂用量以及热处理对材料力学性能的影响 ,不同贮存条件对聚氨酯预聚体性能以及材料性能的影响。结果表明 ,合成的聚氨酯预聚体具有良好的贮存性能 ,调整聚氨酯预聚体中NCO含量和交联剂用量以及高温热处理都能够提高聚氨酯弹性体材料的力学性能 ,当预聚体NCO质量分数控制在 5 .6 8%左右 ,NCO/NH2 摩尔比控制在 1 .2 0 ,在 1 2 0℃下热处理时间为 2h时 。s: A Polyether Polyurethane elastomer was prepared from prepolymer based HTPB/IPDI, crosslinking agent mixture of 3,5 dimetylthio 2,4 diaminotoluene and 3,5 dimetylthio 2,6 diaminotoluene(DMTDA). The properties of the elastomer were studied by adjusting the contents of NCO in prepolymer, the scale of crosslinking agent and time of heat treatment. The effects of storing condition on properties of the elastomer and prepolymer were done. The results show that the properties of the elastomer can be increased by adjusting the content of NCO in prepolymer, the scale of crosslinking agent and increasing time of heat treatment and the prepolymer has good storing stability. The elastomer with good properties can be prepared by the NCO for 5.68%, NCO/NH 2 for 1.20 and heat treatment time for 2 h in the temperature 120℃.
