摘  要:成功地进行了年产 5 0 0t高性能锰锌软磁铁氧体粉料的“直接 共沉法”工业性试验。以铁屑、软锰矿、氧化锌烟灰为原料 ,经浸出、初步净化、深度净化、配液和共沉淀、干燥、预烧等加工过程制取了低功耗锰锌软磁铁氧体粉料。铁、锰、锌的总回收率 ( % )分别为 :Fe 93 .2 7;Mn 93 .3 5 ;Zn 84.0 1。共沉粉杂质元素含量低 ,特别是硅的含量小于 0 .0 0 5 0 %。以共沉粉大批量制备的软磁铁氧体粉料的磁性能全部达到PC3 0标准 ,部分符合PC40要求。“直接 共沉法”生产铁氧体粉料具有产品质量较高 ,生产成本低 ,无环境污染 。A commercial test was made for preparation of 500 t/y high performance Mn-Zn soft magnetic ferrite powders by direct co-precipitation. Low power loss Mn-Zn soft magnetic ferrite powders were directly prepared from scrap iron, pyolusite and zinc oxide dust via leaching, primary purification, further purification, controlling ratio among Fe, Mn and Zn, coprecipitation, drying and preroasting, etc. Overal recoveries are 93.27% Fe, 93.35% Mn and 84.01% Zn, respectively. The coprecipited powders have a low content of impurities, especially Si, usually less than 0.0050%. The batch products all come up to the PC30 standards of magnetic performance and some meet the requirements of PC40. The products prepared using the direct coprecipitation process have the advantages of high quality, low cost, no environmental pollution and low content of impurity elements.
