摘　　要：在联醇生产中采用JTL-1精脱硫技术对甲醇原料气进行微量硫的净化,满足了甲醇催化剂对微量硫的严格要求,保证了联醇装置的长周期稳定运行,使甲醇催化剂使用寿命延长至1年以上,氨合成催化剂也得到了有效保护,取得了良好的经济效益。In integrated methanol production the JTL-1 final desulfurization technology is used to purify trace sulfur in the methanol feed gas, meeting the strict requirements of the methanol catalyst for trace sulfur, assuring the long-cycle stable operation of the integrated methanol unit, prolonging the service life of the methanol catalyst to over one year, protecting effectively the ammonia synthesis catalyst, and yielding excellent economic benefits.
