摘  要:以草坪地被植物马蹄金的无菌苗子叶、叶片和下胚轴作为外植体进行离体培养 ,探讨了不同植物生长调节剂对其愈伤组织诱导及分化的影响。结果表明 ,从不同外植体在含有不同生长调节剂的诱导培养基中进行离体培养时 ,都可诱导出愈伤且出愈率为 4 3.3%~ 1 0 0 % ,其中诱导培养基 (MS +1 0 0mg/L水解酪蛋白 +0 .5mg/Lα -NAA +0 .2mg/LZT)适合于三种外植体的愈伤诱导 ,出愈率为 1 0 0 % ,愈伤生长旺盛。在所有愈伤分化试验中均形成了绿色芽点 ,其频率为 2 5 .0 %~ 95 .0 % ,仅从下胚轴诱导的愈伤分化获得了再生植株 ,且在分化培养基 (MS +1 0 0mg/L水解酪蛋白 +0 .1mg/Lα -NAA +3.0mg/L 6 -BA)上的最高愈伤分化频率为 2 0 .0 %。The effect of different plant growth regulators on induction and differentiation of calli from different aseptically explants (hypocotyl, cotyledon and young leaf) in vitro culture were studied in creeping dichondra (Dichondra repens Forst.), a ground cover turf grass. The results indicated that a mass of calli could be induced from different explants in vitro culture on induction medium supplemented with different growth regulators, the ratios was from 43.3% to 100%, the induction medium containing MS+100 mg/L casein hydrolysate+0.5 mg/L α-NAA+0.2 mg/L ZT was better for good growth calli from three explants, and the ratios were 100%. About 25.0% to 95.0% of green sprout formed in all of differentiated calli, the regenerating plantlets were only obtained from calli induced via hypocotyl in vitro cultured, and the differentiation rate was up to 20.0% which in differentiation medium containing MS +100 mg/L casein hydrolysate+0.1 mg/L α-NAA+3.0 mg/L 6-BA.
