摘 要:目的:研究对眼镜蛇毒(Najanajaatravenom)组份III进行125I放射性标记的方法及其质量评价.方法:用氯胺-T法碘化标记眼镜蛇毒组份III.结果:用氯胺-T法按125I标记组份III,标记物放化纯为98.38%,比活度为0.945mCi/mg,RF值为0.76,每个组份III分子上带0.56个125I原子,与非标记组份III有相同的生物学活性和理化性质.结论:所标记的眼镜蛇毒组份III符合放射结合分析的要求.To study the methods with which Fraction III isolated from Naja naja atra venom was ()~~~~~~~^(125)I-labelled and quality evaluation. Methods:Fraction III from Naja naja atra venom was labelled with ()~~~~~~~^(125)I by chloramine-T method. Results:The marker's radiochemical purification was 98.38%, the ratio of activity was 0.945mCi/mg,and the RF was 0.76. Each molecule of Fraction III carried 0.56 ()~~~~~~~^(125)I atom, and their biological activity and physiochemical property equalled that of the unlabelled Fraction III. Conclusion:The ()~~~~~~~^(125)I- labelled Fraction III isolated from Naja naja atra venom was fitted to the demand of radiation combinant analyse.
