薄板坯连铸的一种新形式

摘　　要：根据自1993年以来对连铸坯带液芯轧制和近终型连铸的研究与探索,开发了具有自主知识产权的四辊万能薄带连铸连轧机组,与CSP,ISP,CPR,DANIELI等薄板坯连铸机组相比,具有改变规格灵活,铸坯侧边和内部应力状态好和有利于改善薄板坯质量等优点,可供有关冶金厂矿参考.According to his investigation and exploration on casting slab rolling with liquid core and near-end continuous casting since 1993,the authors have deleloped a four high universal thin strip CCK machine with our own knowledgeable property right.Compared with continuous casters named CSP,ISP,CPR and DANIELI etc,the four high universal CCK machine has many advantages such as easily changing of product specifications, good status of sides in a cast slab and mild stress within it, and higher quality, which can be helpful for the metallurgical mills related.
