摘　　要：目的 :比较手工法和仪器法测定的国际标准化比率 (INR) ,研究全自动凝血仪对INR值测定的影响。方法 :分别用手工法和仪器法测定 2 0例健康人和 60例口服抗凝剂达 6w以上换瓣患者的PT值 ,计算出各自的INR值 ,进行t检验 ;用一种已知国际敏感指数 (ISI)的凝血活酶对仪器的特异性ISI值进行标定后再计算INR值 ,进行t检验。结果 :仪器法测定的结果在标定前与手工法有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5) ,标定后两种结果无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5)。结论 :凝血仪对INR值有影响 。Objective:To compare international normalized ratio(INR) menstruated in the manual method with that in instrumental method,studying the completely automatic coagulometer influence on the determination of INR.Methods:PT of 20 healthy people and 60 patients having anti-coagula ted medicine orally for 6 weeks who have replaced their valves are determined wi th manual method and instrumental method separately,then we calculate INR for ea ch other and process T test;we do it again after using an already known thrombop lastin of ISI to demarcate the distinctive quality ISI of the coagulometers.Results:There is significant difference in INR determined with instr umental method between that with manual method(P<0 05).After demarcation t here is no difference(P>0 05).Conclusion:The result shows that the coagulometers have some influen ce on the INR,and the demarcation of the instruments can avoid the influence.
