肌肽对环磷酰胺毒性影响的初步研究

摘　　要：目的　研究肌肽减少环磷酰胺毒性的效果。方法　连续 15天给小鼠注射环磷酰胺和肌肽 ,定期检测小鼠的体重 ,白细胞和红细胞及骨髓细胞的变化情况 ,并记录 6 0天内小鼠的存活数。15天后取小鼠肝脏 ,测丙二醛的含量。结果　肌肽明显提高了小鼠的白细胞和骨髓细胞的数目 ,降低了丙二醛的含量 ,并延长了小鼠的生存期 ,但对小鼠的体重没有改善作用。结论　肌肽对环磷酰胺的毒性有一定的缓解作用。Objective To study the suppressive effect of cyclophosphamide (CTX) toxicity by carnosine in mice.Methods Several groups of mice were used to carry out this study and they were treated with CTX and carnosine injected intraperitoneally for 15 days.We examined their body weight,white blood cell,erythrocytes and the bone marrow cellularity every three days.The survival number of the mice was recorded until 60 days.The mice were sacrificed after 15 days and their livers were used to determine the malondialdehyde (MDA) level.Results Carnosine enhanced the mices WBC count and their bone marrow cellularity.It also decreased the level of MDA and prolonged the lifespan,but the mices body weight was not improved.Conclusions Carnosine has suppressive effect of toxicity induced by CTX.
