摘　　要：结合生产实例较全面地介绍了提高键槽拉刀使用寿命的主要工艺措施,对如何选取主刀刃长度偏差与公差,如何确定较小的齿升量,如何合理安排新刀刃磨及拉刀重磨,以及取消分屑槽和采用合适的拉削液等问题进行了讨论.实例表明这些措施能有效地提高键槽拉刀的使用寿命.Combining with production practices,major technological measures for enhancing the life of a key slot broach are introduced completely. The paper discusses involved problems such as how to select the deviation and tolerance of the major cutting edge length,how to plan grinding of a new broach,regrinding of a used broach ard removing of the chip separation trough,how to use the appropriate cutting lubricant etc. Examples show that these measures can enhance the life effectively.
