摘　　要：随着电力系统及电力工业的飞速发展 ,调度员培训模拟器 (DTS)已经成为许多网、省、地调培训调度员和反事故措施研究的重要工具。在培训过程中 ,学员台和教员台的数据同步问题是培训能否顺利进行下去的一个关键因素。广东省中调在新引进的 DTS系统工程化过程中 ,依照广东省电网和目前使用的能量管理系统 (EMS)的实际情况 ,就此问题进行了较多的研究和改进 ,完善了 DTS系统的数据同步。With rapid development of electric power system and electrical industry, DTS (Dispatcher Training Simulator) has become a vital toll for the training of dispatcher and research on anti-accident measures in power dispatching centers of many networks, provinces and prefectures. For the training process, the data synchronization between the platforms of the instructor and the students is a key factor. During a newly introduced DTS system implementation process in Guangdong Electric Dispatching Center, the problem is researched, and the data synchronization is improved according to the real situation of the electric network and the energy management system in Guangdong Province.
