消毒剂百毒杀性能的实验室研究

摘　　要：百毒杀为双长链季铵盐类消毒剂,试验表明其杀菌效果优于新洁尔灭。该消毒剂性能稳定,腐蚀性轻,毒性低,是一种较有前途的消毒剂。Baidusha is a double long chain quarternary ammonium disinfectant named chemically as didecyldimethyl ammonium bromide(Bardac 22). Its germicidal efficacy measured in laboratory was superior to single long chain quarternary ammonium disinfectant bromogeramine. The 500 ppm Baidusha solution with a 1 min contact time could kill Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli and that with a 2 min contact time could kill Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and 4000 ppm solution with a 15 min contact time could destroy HBsAg. Its efficacy in killing spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger was low and 4000 ppm solution could only kill 97.03% after contact for 5hr. Its germicidal efficacy was best in neutral condition (pH 7) and could be potentiated by heating, but reduced by organic matter. Hard water exerted no influence on it. It is stable, low in toxicity and in metal corrosiveness.
