特早熟甘蓝型双低油菜杂交种青杂3号的选育

摘　　要：青杂3号(原代号为E144)是青海省春油菜研究开发中心培育的甘蓝型双低油菜波里马细胞质雄性不育三系杂交种。在国家春油菜区域试验早熟组中平均产量为2340.1kg/hm2,比对照白菜型油菜品种青油241增产39.3%;在国家春油菜生产试验中平均产量为2407.5kg/hm2,比对照青油241增产45.1%。在青海省区域试验中平均产量为2790.2kg/hm2,比对照青油241增产47.6%;在青海省生产试验中平均产量为2989.1kg/hm2,比对照青油241增产50.2%。青杂3号种子含油量44.27%,芥酸含量0.50%,硫甙含量29.40μmol/g。全生育期110d左右。Qingza No.3 (B.napus L.),a pol cms three-line hybrid variety with very eary maturity and canola quality, was bred by Spring Rapeseed Research and Development Centre of Qinghai Province. In National Regional Trial of Spring Rapeseed, Qingza No.3 gave an average yield of 2 340.1㎏/hm^2 which outyielded the control variety Qingyou 241 (B.campestris L.) by 39.3%. In National Production Test, it showed yield of (2 407.5㎏/hm^2) which outyielded the control variety Qingyou 241 by 45.1%. Qingza No.3 gave average yield of (2 790.2㎏/hm^2) and 2 989kg/hm^2, which outyielded the control variety Qingyou 241 by 47.6% and 50.2% respectively in the Regional Test and Production Test of Qinghai Province. The erucic acid content in oil, glucosinoate content in mail and oil content in seed was 0.5%, 29.40μmol/g and 44.2% respectively. The ability of Qingza No.3 in resistance to Sclerotinia Sclerotiorum was much higher than that of the control variety Qingyou 241 and the growth duration was similar to Qingyou 241. Qingza No.3 is suitsble to be planted in the area of elevation 2 800～3 000m of Qinghai province and B.campestris production area of Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang, Gansu and Heilongjiang. It was registered by the Qinghai Crops Variety Approval Committee in 2001 and registered by National Crops Variety Approval Committee in 2003.
