强力碘消毒剂临床应用观察

摘　　要：以强力碘(碘伏类消毒剂)进行临床应用效果观察。结果表明,对术者手、患者皮肤与手术器械有良好的消毒效果,对外阴与阴道的消毒效果较差。对孕妇滴虫性与真菌性阴道炎的治疗,效果较好,且具较多优越性。Qianlidian is an iodophor disinfectant containing 0.5% available iodine. Its efficacy in disinfection of skin, mucous membrane and instruments and effectiveness in treatment of vaginitis were observed in hospitals. The results indicated that the efficacy of Qianglidian in preoperative disinfection of hands of surgeons was similar to that of 75% alcohol immersion after scrubbing with soap, but the procedures were simplified. The efficacy of Qianglidian was excellent in disinfection of skin of operation field and surgical instruments, but was unsatisfactory in disinfection of vulva and vagina. A cure rate of 80% was obtained when local application of Qianglidian was used for treatment of Trichomonas vaginitis (50 cases) and fungal vaginitis (50 cases). No allergic reaction and local irritation occurred in surgical hand-scrubbing, skin disinfection and treatment of vaginitis.
