摘　　要：ArcGIS9是ESRI公司即将在2004年3月推出的新一代GIS软件,与以前的版本相比,它增加了两个基于ArcObjects的产品面向开发的嵌入式ArcGISEngine和面向企业用户的基于服务器的ArcGISServer,新增了ArcGlobe模块,增强了栅格数据的存储、管理、查询和可视化能力,推出了一种标准、开放的空间数据库格式。全面介绍了基于ArcObject的两个产品ArcGISEngine和ArcGISServer,详细论述了ArcObjectsControls(Alpha1Release)版的内容。作者在使用该测试软件后认为应用ArcObjectsControls(Alpha1Release)版进行GIS应用开发时彻底地脱离了ArcGIS桌面平台,提高了开发效率和开发的方便程度,但Mapcontrol控件与PagelayoutControl控件间的关系有待加强,建议PagelayoutControl控件增加与某个Mapcontrol控件相伴(Buddy)特性。ArcGIS9is a new generation GIS software of ESRI,it will published on march,2004.Comparing with its versions before,it adds two products based ArcObjects:embedded ArcGIS Engine developing oriented and server based ArcGIS Server enterprise users oriented,adds ArcGlobe module also.It enforces ability of access,manage,query and visualizing,publishes a kind of database format with standard and opening.This paper introduces two products based ArcObjects roundly:ArcGIS Engine and ArcGIS Server,states contents of ArcObjects Controls(Alpha1Release)in detail.After using the software,the author suggests that developing with ArcObjects Controls(Alpha1Release)can get rid of ArcGIS desktop fully,advance developing effect and convenient extent.However,the author suggests enhance relation between Mapcontrol and PagelayoutControl,increasing properties of PagelayoutControl to buddy Mapcontrol.
