摘　　要：　"三农"问题的核心是农民问题,而农民问题的关键是如何提高农民的收入。因此,深入分析影响农民收入提高的原因,提出合理的政策建议,对全面建设小康社会无疑具有十分重要的战略意义。The issues concerning farmers rank first among the issue concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers, while how to increase farmers' income ranks first among the issues concerning farmers.The present paper attempts to put forward some tentative suggestions in terms ot increasing farmers' income (by analysis of the factors affecting by means of analyzing the factors closely related to) the increase of the farmers' income. This study is of great significance in the building of a well-off society in an all-round way.
