摘　　要：济钢第一炼钢厂在R6.5 /1 2 -1 2 0 0板坯连铸机上成功应用 40MPa单线式干油集中润滑系统 ,延长了扇形段夹辊轴承、拉矫辊轴承及辊子本身的使用寿命 ,提高了连铸机作业率与铸坯一次合格率 ,获得比较好的经济效益。The lubrication system of 40MPa Single-strand type grease centralized on R6.5/12-1200 plate-blank continuous casting machine has been successfully used in No.1 steel mill of Jinan Iron and Steel Group. The used life of the sector-regional clip-roller bearing, stretcher straightening rolling bearing and roller itself are prolonged , the production rate of the continuous casting machine and one-time percent of pass of casting blank are risen, thus better economic returns are achieved, the grease lubrication model has certain spreading application values.
