吗丁啉治疗胃液体排空延迟NUD病人的研究

摘　　要：用B超测定26例NUD病人胃液体排空功能,并对胃排空延缓病人进行1周吗丁啉治疗,观察治疗前后胃液体排空功能改变,结果显示NUD组胃排空t_(1/2)为36.46±13.13min,较正常对照组(23.54±5.93min)明显延缓。10例NUD病人吗丁啉治疗1周,胃排空t_(1/2)由44±7.80min缩短至29.5±8.33min,P<0.01,说明吗丁啉对治疗胃液体排空延缓NUD病人有效。The gastric liquid emptying was monitored in 26 cases of NUD and 13 healthy adults,then the effect of domperidone was determined in NUD patients with the gas-tric emptying delayed by means of real-time ultrasound.The results showed that the average time of 50% gastric emptying in NUD cases(36.46±13.13min)was longer than that in healthy adults(23.54±5.93min),and that the t(1/2)of gastric emptying became shorter from 44±7.80min to 29.5±8.33min after NUD patients taking the domperidone for a week.The domperidone has an effect on NUD with gastric emptying delayed,and accelerates the gastric liquid emptying.
