摘  要:为了制备各向异性块状Nd2 Fe14 B/α -Fe纳米双相永磁体 ,研究了热压 /热变形工艺参数与样品微观组织结构、磁性能之间的关系。结果表明 ,饱和磁化强度Js 随模压温度的升高而提高 ;而剩磁Jr、内禀矫顽力Hcj和最大磁能积 (BH) max 开始都随模压温度的升高而上升 ,但超过一定温度后反而降低 ;同时提高热压压力会使磁性能增加 ,而热变形温度对磁性能影响很小。热变形后样品垂直于压力方向的磁性能略高于平行于压力方向 ,呈现出轻微的各向异性。Nd2 Fe14 B/α -Fe纳米双相永磁材料在热压 /热变形后没有产生晶粒的择优长大 。The relationship between the processing parameters,microstructure and magnetic properties was investigated,and the possibility of making anisotropic bulk Nd 2Fe 14 B/α-Fe magnet by hot press and hot deformation was explored The results show that the spontaneous magnetic polarization J s will increase with increasing the hot pressing temperature;The remanence Jr,intrinsic corcivity H cj and the maximum energy product (BH) max increase with increasing the hot pressing temperature at the beginning,but decrease when the hot pressing temperature excesses some value;the density and magnetic properties of the sample will all increase with increasing hot pressing temperature Meanwhile the magnetic properties will increase with increasing the pressure of hot press The temperature has less effect on the magnetic properties of the hot deformation sample The magnetic properties in the direction perpendicular to that of the press of the hot deformation sample are slightly high than that in the parallel direction,which shows slight anisotropy The microstructure analysis shows that the grains of the Nd 2Fe 14 B/α-Fe composite have not grown up preferentially,and it also be isotropic in crystal structure
