摘  要:本文用SHS -重力分离法制备陶瓷内衬复合钢管 ,研究了玻璃粉添加剂在制备陶瓷内衬层中的作用。用金相显微镜、SEM、XRD分析了陶瓷层组织和结构。试验结果表明 ,适当含量的玻璃粉添加剂在高温形成流动性好的第二相 ,有利于反应产生的气体的排除和降低陶瓷层的热应力 ,使陶瓷层致密度提高 。Ceramic-lined steel pipes were prepared by SHS gravitational-thermite process The effect of the glass powder on the preparation of the ceramic-lined pipe was studied The structure of the ceramics coat was analyzed by metallographical microscope?SEM and XRD It is showed that the second phase with good fluidity at high temperature formed by the appropriate amount of the glass additive added to the thermite system is beneficial to the release of the gas and the thermal stress produced in the thermite process As a result,the relevant densification of the ceramics coat can be enhanced and the amount of the cracks in the ceramics can also be reduced
